CMS Controls was founded in 1971 to provide in-house technical solutions utilizing open platforms. The Ohio CMS Controls office officially officially spun-off from Air Force One in 2023 to provide in-house building automation solutions for organizations in the state of Ohio. Air Force One, Inc is an Ohio-based commercial HVAC & facilities services provider specializing in preventive maintenance, energy conservation and total facility automation. From holistic design-build projects to mechanical systems installations to proactive maintenance plans, Air Force One partners with clients to identify current behaviors and define strategic goals, which create cost savings and keep buildings performing at optimal levels.
Our ‘single point of contact’ approach provides customers with a clear path for communication and this is noted from onboarding through final project turnover. CMS Controls is a subsidiary of Service Logic and provides us unfettered access to a full team of controls engineers, mechanical, electrical and project engineers and HVAC service technicians, as well as one of the industry's leading mechanical construction firms.

With industry leading communication protocols, LONmark, BACnet, MODBUS, to name a few, CMS can provide the products which allow integration to any of your facilities systems with just a touch of a button. With our fifteen-year affiliation using Niagara based solutions, CMS is recognized as one of the first certified Niagara integrations within the state of Ohio. This has given us the experience to provide building automation and integration solutions for various size, type, or use of a buildings.
